Nisha says her success goes to her grandfather because he was the one who inspired her and helped her prepare for the Civil Service exams. Indian Administrative Service Officer Miss Grewal pursued her high school education at Bhiwani Public School located in Bhiwani.

During Nisha's final year of college, she spent ten months in training in Delhi. Due to the status of COVID-19, she returned to her home village of Bamla where she began preparing for the Civil Service exams. During her preparation, she took further advice from the Regional Commissioner Jaibir Singh who assisted her during the examination.

He told her to understand the syllabus and try out last year's papers. So she prepare a plan. In her final year, she began to prepare. She focused on Political Science and history because he knew it would help her during the exam. She started with the basic books and the ones she was trying to integrate with her own choice.
She built her foundation with basic literature such as NCERT, Laxmikanta. Afterward, she underwent a series of exorbitant tests that gave her a better idea of her preparation. She has solved approximately 350 marks UPSC Prelims tests.
